Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Thrasher Water Association office located at 21 CR 1140, Booneville, MS, until Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 10:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Registering for a free account at www.mooreengplans.com will enable bidders to view and/or order Contract Documents online. The only requirement for account registration is a valid email address. Questions regarding website registration, online orders and/or electronic bidding shall be directed to Plan House Printing at (662) 407-0193.

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Minority and women’s business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities and equipment, material, and/or supply needs. Any contract awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in whole or in part by anticipated funds from the ARPA Rural Water Systems Infrastructure Grant (RWAIG). Neither the State of Mississippi, the Local Governments and Rural Water System Improvement Board, nor any of their employees is or will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting or related contracts. This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as they apply to local governments, in accordance with RWAIG Program Regulations.

Pre-bid Conference

A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at10:00AM at Thrasher Water Association, 21 CR 1120, Booneville, MS 38829. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
